1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the following countries:

  • Canada: all provinces and territories
  • United States: all states

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process based on:

  • Your delivery address
  • The weight and dimensions of your order
  • The chosen delivery method

The exact costs will be indicated before the final validation of your order. No hidden fees!

3. Delivery Times

3.1 Order Processing

Your order is generally processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

3.2 Estimated Delivery Times

Canada:

  • Standard delivery: 5 to 10 business days
  • Express delivery: 2 to 5 business days (if available)

United States:

  • Standard delivery: 7 to 14 business days
  • Express delivery: 3 to 7 business days (if available)

Note: these times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions, and peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.).

4. Order Tracking

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • The carrier's name
  • A link to track your package in real-time

5. Receiving Your Package

Upon receipt of your package, we recommend that you:

  • Check the condition of the package before signing
  • Inspect the contents upon receipt
  • Report any apparent damage immediately

In case of a damaged package, please:

  1. Take photos of the package and its contents
  2. Note the damage on the delivery border if possible
  3. Contact us immediately with photos

6. Unreceived or Lost Package

If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your order tracking status
  2. Check with your neighbors or your local post office
  3. If the package is marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours
  4. We will open an investigation with the carrier
  5. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund

7. Delivery to a Different Address

You can have your order delivered to an address different from your billing address (gift, office, etc.). Just make sure someone is available to receive the package.

RETURNS

8. Return Policy

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return an item that does not suit you.

9. How to Make a Return

To return an item:

  1. Contact us with your order number
  2. Await our confirmation and return instructions
  3. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging
  4. Ship the package to the indicated address

Important: never send a return without having received our prior authorization.

  • Return for change of mind: return costs at your expense
  • Defective item or error on our part: return costs at our expense (prepaid label provided)

11. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (3 to 5 business days), we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days.
